Enjoy 3-1/2 miles of private beach!
Stroll, walk or run in the sand. Watch dolphins surfing the waves. Often you will find sand dollars and other fun shells. It is not uncommon to be the only people on the beach.
Don't forget to stop at the Turtle Sanctuary to see the turtles. If you ask, the staff will invite you to help them release newly hatched baby turtles into the ocean.
What’s there to do in Mazatlan?
The center of Mazatlan is a shuttle ride away, and provides access to The Golden Zone, an area of specialty shops, night clubs, restaurants, and beach attractions. Parasail off the beach, jet ski, go for a banana boat ride, or simply enjoy the sun, sand and local beach vendors. In Plaza Machado and the Mercado Centro in Old Town you will find shops with everything imaginable. Near the Mercado is the Teatro Angela Peralta. This Opera house is the crown jewel of the Historical Center of Mazatlan. There you’ll find unique shops, and the best restaurants, galleries, and studios in Northern Mexico.
During baseball season, you may catch a Venados game; Latin American baseball is not to be missed!
The Acuariomazatlan (Mazatlan Aquarium) is well-renowned, has fascinating exhibits, and even offers swimming with the sea lions. There are also canopy tours, and zip line tours traversing through gorgeous mountains and forests.
Also, Stone Island is a small village near our property, accessible by car, shuttle or ferry. At any one of a dozen venues, you can grab some chairs, lounges, tables, and spend the day people watching, four-wheeling on the beach, getting down on some outrageous ceviche, and sipping either a cerveza or the best Margarita on the planet.
Villa Union is a small town close to the condo. It is frequently where we go to shop and bank. It is also the home to Cuchupeta’s, the internationally renowned fish and seafood restaurant.
We have moved from publishing rental rates because we believe we can better serve our guests by talking with them directly about their needs. Our rates can fluctuate based on:
Size of group
Length of stay
You are always welcome to "make us an offer we can refuse" and hopefully, we won't!
We do not publish our calendar on our website because many of our clients indicate a level of flexibility that allows for some adjustment in dates to allow greater occupancy. We appreciate that and hope you do, too.
